Holiday Inn

This was a great stay! They lost our laundry but then found it an hour later.

Very nice and cozy hotel, breakfasts are great and they have a lot of services like the indoor pool, highly recommended for visiting Orizaba.

We stayed here on our first trip to Orizaba. The hotel was clean, had a very nice common area and beautiful entrance. The parking was secure, and the staff were very friendly. It is located downtown and is walkable or a short taxi ride to almost everything. Visiting Orizaba was amazing and we hope to go back again soon.

Very kindly staff and facilities in very good conditions. The only thing is that swimming pool is just 90 cm depth but in general very good option to rest. Gym, private Parking

Been here two times, and it is safe to say that it is a good hotel. The price is very cheap for a 3 Star Hotel. The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, the exclusively private gym is excellent, and the hotel isn't far away from the Historic Center of Orizaba. I also like the free Wi-Fi. Although the people who work here can't talk in English (or at least the people I seen and talked to), it's definitely one of the better hotels to consider in Orizaba.

August 2025: Great Holiday Inn location, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, tasty pastries, and local/international options. Breakfast was included and FAR SUPERIOR than anything you could find in a Holiday Inn in the United States (you can tell for sure that you are in Veracruz, México). Gym is small, but I did not stay here for the gym. Service great at the front desk and restaurant. Look at pictures for more details. This will be my place to go when staying in Orizaba.

It Is An excellent hotel, everything that presents is of quality, from the cleanliness of the room, to the food of the restaurant is certainly very good and 100% advisable

Ms. Mara Sanchez Duran, Sales Manager was very welcoming and accommodating to my inquiry and was instrumental in creating a perfect surprise that blessed both my husband and I. I am in California so Ms. Duran and her team's assistance with this gift is very much appreciated. We extend our heartfelt aloha to you all.

Excellent staff! I stayed here with my husband and our two kids (8 and 6 months). We were part of a larger group (about 30 of us). I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. The reception, restaurant and the house cleaning crew were all excellent! We travel a lot so I have a big pool of places to compare this one to. While I was out working my husband got sick with something he ate outside of the hotel. He forgot the baby bag in one of the places he visited. When he got to the hotel and noticed he had left the baby bag, they called a cab for him to go back and get the bag. My husband told them he didn’t have Mexican pesos and they went the extra mile and offered to pay for it and just charge it to the room. This is going beyond the call of duty. The restaurant staff was outstanding EVERY TIME. I made sure I told the manager and of course the group i was with made sure we left a generous tip that reflected our satisfaction. Thank you!! (PS. Yes, we got our bag back :))
